Customer Service Executive

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with great customer service skills and an interest in pursuing a career in banking! The successful applicant will join a busy Customer Service team, who are responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the bank's clients.
Duties will involve regular client communication to resolve queries, asssting with onboarding/credit applications etc, processing payments, assisting with online banking, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products.
Applicants will ideally need previous experience in a banking role, although this could be overlooked for someone with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in banking and a keen desire to learn about products and services. Strong communication skills are essential, with a focus on customer care, and you'll need to be a great team player, with an organised, pro-active approach.
