Senior Credit Operations Administrator

Are you an experienced credit or mortgage administration professional looking for your next challenge within a leading financial services organisation? Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Credit Operations team, supporting the administration and completion of residential mortgage and bespoke lending transactions while delivering excellent customer outcomes and maintaining strong operational controls.

In this varied role, you'll support lending activities from documentation through to completion, preparing and processing mortgage and lending documents, maintaining accurate loan records, and liaising with relationship managers, lending specialists, solicitors, valuers and borrowers to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will also oversee conditions precedent and post-completion requirements, manage security documentation, and support more complex lending arrangements. You will play an important role in ensuring all activities are carried out in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards, while continually identifying opportunities to enhance operational processes and customer experience.

Applicants will have at least 3+  years' experience within mortgage operations, credit administration or lending support. A good understanding of lending regulations and compliance requirements is essential, along with experience handling complex or bespoke lending arrangements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required, as is the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.
