An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join a global professional services firm within its Risk and Compliance team.
This role offers the chance to play a key part in fostering a strong culture of compliance, supporting the onboarding of new clients and contributing to a wide range of risk and compliance activities across the business. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help ensure best practice is embedded throughout, maintaining high standards and supporting colleagues to identify and manage risk effectively.
You will be involved in supporting the client onboarding process, responding to queries and assisting with conflicts of interest analysis for new matters. Alongside this, you will support various compliance and risk management activities aligned to regulatory obligations, including aspects of AML screening, incident management and maintaining key compliance registers. The role will also involve contributing to broader governance initiatives such as risk assessments and annual compliance processes, ensuring records are accurate and up to date at all times.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will help promote a consistent and joined-up approach to compliance, encouraging clear communication and a proactive mindset. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with processes, systems and data, and who takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.
We are seeking a candidate with experience gained within a client administration, compliance, risk or operational role, ideally within a professional or financial services environment. A working knowledge of client due diligence processes is essential, along with a strong understanding of compliance requirements, particularly within regulated jurisdictions. Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of information are key, as is the confidence to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
