Senior Manager - Group Compliance

Fantastic opportunity for a senior Compliance professional to join a reputable firm where you will take responsibility for the prevention, identification and reporting of financial crime risks.  You will work closely to support the MLCO, MLRO and CO with their regulatory and statutory obligations, and will act as Deputy Key Person for the Jersey branch. 

The role includes providing regulatory guidance to stakeholders, coordinating and enhancing compliance monitoring programmes, and supporting ongoing regulatory engagement with the JFSC.  You will also advise and report to Key Business Partners on regulatory matters, business standards and risk considerations. 

Candidates will need to demonstrate significant experience in a similar role, including holding Key Person status, with sound understanding of Jersey's AML/CFT/CPF regime and regulatory environment. You'll need strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a dynamic, ambitious approach.
