Senior Manager - Client Compliance

Senior Compliance professional required to take on a Key Person role (CO, MLCO, MLRO) within a reputable Fiduciary firm, where you will be accountable for the delivery of compliance services across the company's Jersey regulated and supervised client structures, with significant responsibility for the prevention, detection and reporting of financial crime risks. 

Applicants are required to have a minimum of ten years' experience in Compliance, with sound understanding of Jersey's AML/CFT/CPF regime and regulatory environment, including JFSC codes of practice. You will need to have held Key Person roles in the past, and will have the ability to effectively manage regulatory relationships and prepare entity-specific risk assessments and compliance deliverables. Strong organisaton, time management and prioritisation skills are important, as is the abiility to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels.
