Corporate Governance Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic Corporate Governance professional to join a fast-paced asset and fund management environment in a challenging new role where you will be involved in reshaping the entire function.

Working closely with the Fund Manager entity and its underlying structures, you’ll play an important part in coordinating a busy governance calendar of Board and Investment Committee meetings. With approximately 200 meetings taking place each year, this role would suit someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing multiple priorities and is confident working in a dynamic environment. 

The role will involve coordinating meetings, managing governance requirements and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Minute taking is supported by AI technology, allowing the successful candidate to focus more heavily on organisation, coordination and the wider governance function. 

You’ll be joining a private equity-owned asset and fund manager, rather than a traditional service provider, operating across areas including credit funds and distressed real estate development funds, which wil give massive scope for development.  The successful candidate will need proven experience, alongside an organised and detail-focused approach, the confidence to communicate at all levels of seniority, and the ability to keep on top of multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
