Private Capital Investor Specialist

Exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast paced Investor Relations team, where you will assist in the provision of administration and accounting services to Private Capital funds and associated vehicles throughout the investor lifecycle.

You will be responsible for handling investor queries, distributing communications, creating and maintaining investor and fund static date, and supporting onboarding, transfers of interest and off-boarding activities. The role will involve regular liaison with clients, investors and internal teams, including AML, payments and operational support, and all work must be completed in accordance with relevant procedures and controls. 

Candidates must have proven experience in investor relations and/or fund administration, with experience in handling detailed or complex instructions, and a good understanding of Private Capital fund structures. Previous involvement in supporting procedural change, system implementation, testing or improvement would be advantageous.
