Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel required to join our client's in-house legal team to work closely with their General Counsel on an interesting and diverse workload, providing first class legal advice and support to 25+ companies across the group covering a variety of locations. 

The ideal applicant will be a qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a commercial law firm or in-house legal term. Corporate / funds law experience or prior in-house legal experience (particularly if gained within a regulated environment) is advantageous along with possessing the CGI and/or STEP qualifications - support will be provided to achieve such qualifications if you wish to do so. A diligent and confident approach is essential, and you will be highly organised with the ability to rapidly build close working relationships.
